Meet The Culbertson Team
Culbertson Heating and Cooling was established back in 1985. Dan and Bob Culbertson created this business with an idea to focus on the community and provide the best service possible. That idea has been inside this building ever since. Unfortunately, father time caught up to Dan and Bob, instead of closing the doors and calling it a career when they retired, the decision was made to turn the business over to an employee. That employee is now the owner and operator of this family-owned and operated business that continues to thrive. Marlin and Tammy Filer are still running this business the same way Dan and Bob did. They focus on what their clients need and continue to employ excellent staff to help them along the way. Culbertson Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a union business and union trained.
Our Staff with years of experience
General Manager – Tim has nearly 30 years of experience helping solve HVAC problems for people. Tim has been with Culbertson since 2001 and is proud to go into a home or business and install new systems for our customers.
Shop Manager – Dustin runs the shop and is in charge of ordering any part that our clients need. With close to 30 years of experience, he has been with our company since 1998 and plays a vital role in our bidding process.
Full-Time Journeyman – Austin Durbin has been with the company since 2015, and is now a full time journeyman. He has become a valued member of the our team at Culbertson Heating & Cooling.
Residential Installation Specialist – Brandon Finley is our residential install specialist. He joined the company in 2021 and plays a key role in keeping our local residents up and running.
Residential Installation Specialist – Chris Holt joined Culbertson Heating & Cooling in 2022 and is one of our residential specialists with over 28 years of electrical experience.
Residential Installation Specialist – Dawson entered the Apprentice Program in 2022 and has chosen to continue working with our team at Culbertson Heating & Cooling.
Apprentice – Devin brought his experience with HVAC to us in July of 2023 and has entered the Apprentice program.
Executive Administrator – Faith is our Executive Administrator. She joined Culbertson Heating & Cooling back in 2020.
Administrative Assistant – Lyndsay is the newest member of the Culbertson’s Heating and Cooling family, as an administrative assistant.
